Since May 2014, EPC has changed its meter reading procedure as follows;

  1. Meter readers take your reading from homes/businesses
  2. Reading is calculated at Office
  3. Meter readers deliver invoices to your homes/businesses which the consumer must pay within30 days

If the gate is locked, the meter reader will leave a reading form, for the customer to do the reading, and submit to our offices at Sogi or Salelologa.

If by the end of the month, and you haven't received an invoice, please confirm with us on 65450 or provide the reading on your meter, so we can prepare your invoice. Non-receipt of your invoices is not an excuse for non-payment of bills.
