How do I reconnect a dormant or disconnected meter?

If your power has been disconnected or your meter is inactive and reconnection needs to take place, the following process will occur;
1. Customer pays account in full at an EPC office.
2. A service order is raised and $50 overdue penalty fee must be paid.
3. EPC reconnections team will visit the premises.
4. Reconnection will only take place when an occupant of the premises is present as a safety precaution and to confirm the power is active again.
